Measures obtained on raw files (.arw) using Iris (christian Buil) after conversion to DNG with Adobe Camera Raw.
Photosite capacity at 100 iso: 157000 electrons.
Read noise (below) strongly drops at 2000 iso to reach 1 electron or even less at high iso. Seetings over 102400 iso are useless.

The drop of read noise at 2000 iso causes an increase of the dynamic range:

Camera Raw converts them to DNG 14-bit linear raw files but the histogram below shows that only even values are used (13-bit data).
However, in continuous drive mode data drop to 12-bit.
